AI supports parts of the Bulleted workflow, but publication decisions remain subject to human editorial control during the pilot.
Where AI may assist
- Extracting structured fields from source pages and RSS items.
- Translating non-English reporting into English for internal analysis.
- Comparing events to identify possible duplicates or updates.
- Drafting headlines, bullets, explanatory sections and topic labels.
- Generating non-photographic background illustrations from article topics.
Editorial safeguards
Automated output is not treated as an independent source. Facts must remain traceable to the listed reporting. The workflow checks bullet length, source references, promotional boilerplate, publisher names in editorial copy and excessive similarity to source wording.
Matching confidence is visible to editors, who can reject incorrect matches and provide feedback for later calibration.

AI-generated article backgrounds are illustrative and are labelled as such. They must not be presented as documentary evidence or as a faithful image of an event, person or place.
Responsibility
Bulleted remains responsible for what it publishes. Automation does not remove the obligation to correct errors, respect rights, maintain source transparency or apply editorial judgment.
